We are pleased to share that WOM&AN – Association for Women in M&A has been nominated for the RównoWaga Award.
RównoWaga is a competition for Polish organisations that recognises a comprehensive approach to advancing gender equality in the workplace. The initiative is organised by Kulczyk Foundation – a family foundation established in 2013, dedicated to combating discrimination and inequality affecting women and girls and to building a reality free from gender-based barriers. The competition is organised in cooperation with Konfederacja Lewiatan and Stowarzyszenie Kongres Kobiet.
We are honoured to be included among this year’s nominees alongside leading organisations and recognised employers, including BNP Paribas Bank Polska, DHL eCommerce (Poland), Grupa Żabka, IKEA Retail Poland, Job Impulse Poland, and Orange Polska.
