WOM&AN is pleased to invite all members to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held online via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 3:00 PM CET.
The meeting will cover the review and approval of the 2025 Management Board Report, the Audit Committee Report, and the Financial Statements for the financial year 2025, along with the customary resolutions on discharge of duties for outgoing Board and Audit Committee members.
Elections for the new term
This year’s AGM will also proceed with elections to WOM&AN’s governing bodies for the new term, with secret ballots held on each candidate individually:
