Speakers
Dr Anna Kieszkowska-Grudny
President and co-founder of the Instytut BezStresu. Medical doctor, clinical and neuropsychologist, psychotherapist, and leadership coach. She designs and leads high-level executive education programs – including the Advanced Executive Program at Kozminski University – and advises Poland’s Ministry of Development and Technology on health innovation. She also chairs national EMDR research initiatives.
Corinne Klajda
CEO of Nuvadis Executives and co-founder of AltoPartners, a global executive search alliance active in 36 countries. With over 1,000 senior placements completed since 1999, she advises boards on leadership strategy and cultural alignment. A long-time YPO member and CEO coach, she is also the founder of the #CorinneRunsForGood ultramarathon initiative, which has raised over PLN 1 million in scholarships for Paralympic girls from Poland and Ukraine. In 2025, she reached the summit of Kilimanjaro.
Ewelina Fabisiak
Founder of the I Love Juice Wilanów Concept. Specialist in mindful nutrition, deeply committed to nature and the power of natural ingredients – both personally and professionally.

Katarzyna Kożuchowska
Investment Executive at MidEuropa, supporting private equity transactions across Central and Eastern Europe. Outside of work, she finds energy and clarity through sport and travel – essential tools for maintaining resilience in high-performance environments.
Emilia Przychodzeń
Senior Manager in the M&A team at PLAY, responsible for executing strategic transactions on the buy-side. Known for her precision, strategic thinking, and ability to build trust-based relationships across stakeholders.
Monika Dużyńska
Local Partner at White & Case LLP Warsaw, transactional lawyer specializing in capital markets and M&A. Monika advises clients on complex international and domestic transactions and has been recognized by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, and Forbes Women’s “Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business.”
Kinga Stanislawska
Founder of Experior Venture Fund and European Women in VC, and Partner at Bootstrap4f. With over 20 years of experience in investments and finance, Kinga has served on the boards of numerous private and public companies. She previously sat on the board of the €10 billion EIC Fund and was named one of Europe’s Top 50 most influential women in VC and tech.
