We hereby inform you that the Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Association WOM&AN will be held on 29 July 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (CET). The meeting will take place remotely via MS Teams.
We kindly ask you to confirm your participation by sending an email to [email protected] no later than 22 July 2025. Following your confirmation, we will provide you with an individual MS Teams link to join the meeting.
The planned agenda includes, among others, the approval of the activity and financial reports for 2024, the granting of discharge to the members of the Management Board and Audit Committee, amendments to the Articles of Association, and the presentation of the main assumptions for WOM&AN’s activity plan for 2025/2026.
For your reference, we enclose the Agenda and the Formal Invitation in both Polish and English.
