Thank you to everyone who took part in today’s Annual General Meeting of Members (“AGM”) of WOM&AN, held on 24 June 2026. Below you will find the voting results and the new composition of the Association’s governing bodies for the new term. All approved documents, complete with signatures, are attached.
The AGM approved the Board’s report on the Association’s activities for 2025, the Association’s financial report for 2025, and the report of the Audit Committee for 2025, and granted discharge to the members of the outgoing Board and Audit Committee for the performance of their duties in 2025. A new, two-year term of WOM&AN’s governing bodies was also confirmed, in the following composition:
New WOM&AN Board:
- Majka Rucińska – President of the Board
- Magdalena Kluczek – Vice-President of the Board
- Barbara Tekieli – Vice-President of the Board
- Ewa Żarnotal – Member of the Board
- Katarzyna Buda – Member of the Board
- Agnieszka Skowronek – Member of the Board
- Anna Chrabota-Bajson – Member of the Board
New WOM&AN Audit Committee:
- Joanna Ormińska – Member of the Audit Committee
- Małgorzata Badowska – Member of the Audit Committee
- Sabina Kubsik – Member of the Audit Committee
- Katarzyna Jaroszyńska-Lewandowska – Member of the Audit Committee
- Dorota Ponczek – Member of the Audit Committee
- Dorota Szczepańska – Member of the Audit Committee
